The hotel is conveniently located in Bethlehem PA, offering a perfect spot for a pleasant stay. While the rooms had low water pressure and faced the interstate highway, the staff provided excellent service and the dining experience was enjoyable. The facilities were well-kept, making it a comfortable choice at a reasonable price.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were a great size with lovely amenities and a good breakfast, but it was disappointing that they were not connected to the main lobby, laundry, and fitness center. The service, however, seemed a bit overwhelmed and unprepared for our prescheduled rooms reservation. The location was convenient, close to the highway, shopping, restaurants, and Lehigh University. The dining experience was good and plentiful, although it required going to another building. The facilities were satisfactory.

Being so close to a freeway, the hotel surprisingly offered clean and comfortable rooms with a kitchenette, microwave, fridge, and a nice large work desk. However, the service seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, despite the good location that provided easy access to the highway, airport, and nearby attractions and shopping. The dining experience stood out positively with a variety of options, although the staff appeared constantly grumpy. The facilities were convenient, and the price offered good value for money.
